After popular demand, Mr François Rédmond will host an oenology night (French wine tasting) on Monday 29th of April 2013 at the Scoil. This should be a fun night where you will be able to sample different french wines. Mr Rédmond has said that this should be educational and fun. He has asked for people to bring a few questions along with them (eg what type of wine do we serve with lamb).
The entry fee will be €15 per person. There will aso be a raffle on the night for a Magnum of Bordeaux.
All proceeds will got to the computer system in the scoil.
