Kids Story Yoga

A fun yoga class for children where yoga is taught through story. The aim of this course is to teach breathing & relaxation techniques, self-awareness and meditation, develop flexibility and strength, and to have fun while doing yoga.

Location: Kinsale Yoga Centre

Dates:
Course 1.  Five Wednesdays, Sept. 23-Oct. 21 and
Course 2.  Five Wednesdays, Nov. 4-Dec. 2, 2015

Time: 4:00-5:00pm
Cost: €40 for 5 weeks

This class is open to children from 8-12 years.  Class size limited.
