All Ireland Drama - Rang 4

As some parents may already be aware, our very talented Rang 4, under direction from Muinteoir Ciara and Muinteoir Roisín, have qualified for the All Ireland Drama Competition with their production of 'The Princess and the Pea' entirely as Gaeilge. Any of you who have been lucky enough to have seen their version of it I'm sure will agree they are well deserved  achieving their place in this competition.

The All Ireland Competition takes place in Mullingar on Thursday April 21st 2016 and the pupils and teachers will travel up and down on a bus on the day.

In a bid to raise some money to cover the cost of the bus - plus the making of the props for the show - 4th class are hosting a coffee morning, cake sale and a raffle in the Temperance Hall this coming Friday 15th April 2016 from 9.30 to 12.

We would ask all parents to spread the word and to try and support the coffee morning in any way possible. We will happily accept any donations of cakes, raffle prizes or help on the morning - and of course hungry customers on the morning!

And finally congratulations to rang 4, Muinteoir Ciara and Muinteoir Roisín on this fantastic achievement.
