Club na Mara

Homework Club is open from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and  from 1.30pm to 2.30pm on Fridays, during the school term.

Charge: €5 per child per hour or part thereof, for children attending on a weekly basis or €7 per child per hour or part thereof, for children attending on an ad hoc basis.

After 2.30pm, it is not ok for children to utilize the school yard or building,  without first being signed into Club na Mara. If you are attending meetings, giving talks, waiting on siblings attending music lessons or sciath na scoil training, etc.,  you are welcome to avail of Club na Mara for your children,  but please contact me first on 087 9475367 to check if there is space for your children. If you do not wish to avail of this service then please do not allow your children to enter the school premises.

My insurance policy covers me to look after children registered with my business, on the school premises during business hours. Any additional children playing outside or around the school, can and will render my insurance invalid if I go above the quota of children on my policy. Club na Mara is a business and as such I am only too delighted to welcome extra children, so please do not hesitate  to contact me.

Many thanks

Gaeilge Bheo!

Dear Gaelscoil parents.
Would you like to practice speaking some Irish over a pint or a coffee with a few other Gaelscoil parents on a Friday evening for an hour?  Anyone interested, come along to The Blue Haven on Friday evenings for a casual cupla focail.  Fluency certainly not required; all levels welcome.
If you'd like to come, even for an occasional Friday, then WhatsApp or text me beforehand to confirm it's happening/meeting time.
