This is Art! Competition

 

THIS IS ART!

 

 

The Creative Ireland programme and RTÉ have joined forces again this year to bring back the This is Art! competition after an overwhelming entry response last year - https://www.rte.ie/learn/2022/0323/1288059-this-is-art-competition/.

 

The competition is open to all young people of all abilities, aged 18 and under, residing on the island of Ireland and is inclusive of all visual art disciplines. For the 2022 edition, artists aged 18 and under are asked to create and submit an original piece of visual art with the theme 

'This Is Extraordinary'.

 

The opening date for entries is Friday, 1^st April 2022, with the closing date for entries on Sunday, 1^st May 2022.

Winners will be announced on Cruinniú na nÓg, Saturday 11^th June 2022.

 

With a prize fund of more than €10,000 to be awarded across the different categories, this is an exciting opportunity for the young people in your lives.
